The Emmerdale village welcomes Caleb Miligan (William Ash) and Ruby (Beth Cordingly) back after a less than tranquil and stress-free vacation. However, viewers of the ITV soap opera were much too preoccupied with an unexpected event in the bar to be concerned about the fire at Caleb’s company.
Following the departure of Nicky (Lewis Cope) and the unexpected death of Ethan (Emile John) following his hit-and-run, the couple had been vacationing in Bali. Ruby and Caleb felt that unwinding on a sunny beach would be the ideal way to rekindle their relationship.
Shortly after they got home and learnt of the dealership fire, Caleb was questioned by the police. In order to file an insurance claim, they enquired as to Caleb’s whereabouts at the time of the fire, in case he had ignited it himself.
Ruby and Caleb were talking about their difficult circumstances in the pub a little while later. Fans of Emmerdale were intrigued by what the duo was eating as they discussed whether Kim Tate (Claire King) could be at fault.

Caleb stunned us all by diving into a large roast chicken with just some chips on the side, while Ruby savoured a salad.
And sure, after consuming all of that, he would definitely need a hen-kerchief!
Naturally, viewers of Emmerdale took to social media to share their opinions about Caleb’s dinner. We would be interested in seeing his idea of a dinner if this is a “light lunch”!

Without a doubt, Ruby and Caleb will be searching far and wide for concrete evidence that he did not intentionally cause the fire himself. But will they be successful?
It is evident that upcoming episodes of the ITV soap opera will delve deeper into Ruby and Caleb’s past, since a familiar character bearing numerous secrets appears.
“We don’t know much about Caleb and Ruby, who’ve landed in the village and had a real impact,” producer Sophie Roper said, giving us an overview of what to expect from the village of the same name while she was there.
Many details about their past, especially Ruby’s, are still unclear. A little glimpse into their past will reappear, providing us with additional insight into the complex dynamics of their family and the complex connection between husband and wife.
There is a lot about Caleb and Ruby and their larger tale to look forward to.
