Emmerdale spoilers: Charity ‘set to kill Mack’ as she contemplates revenge ahead of big week

In recent Emmerdale scenes, Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) made a concerning threat that could have hinted at what is to store during this year’s Super Soap Week.

Since actor Emma Atkins has hinted that Charity may be planning to exact major retribution on her husband Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) after his treachery, we already know that Charity will play a significant role in the significant October week.

When it became known that Mack was the father of Chloe Harris’ (Jessie Elland) kid, Reuben, Charity’s whole life was upended.

Since then, the two have been at odds, eventually getting together earlier this week for a disastrous one-night affair.

After their night of passion, Charity debated whether or not to tell Chloe the graphic details in an effort to get even, but eventually opted against it.

Could it be that she has a longer-term solution in mind because of this?

Best friend Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) pleaded with Charity not to “let Mack do this to her again” as she sobbed in the backroom.

At that point, Charity said the phrase that could be the greatest hint yet as to what Super Soap Week may bring.

“If I kill him, he won’t have a chance,” I said.

We’re feeling goosebumps.

Charity furthered our notion that Charity may be planning to kill Mack in her retaliation when Chas demanded that she be serious. Charity questioned her how she knew she wasn’t serious.

Super Soap Week will be “spectacular in one way or another,” Emma Atkins previously told Digital Spy, hinting that Charity would play a major role.

“Charity is currently very angry in her state of mind.” How could she have let this man to do what he has done, in my opinion, is something for which there will undoubtedly be retribution.

Her family and friends are advising her to “just leave it, walk away, forget it, and move on” while she mulls over this. She exclaims, “No!”

She has been left fairly broken, therefore I believe the future will revolve mostly on her dealing with those problems.

She’s currently too broken to handle anything, but she’s simply letting people know it’s in her toolbox, that it’s there, that it won’t go away, and that it won’t die down.

She had high hopes for it to improve, but instead, things became worse.

After Mack’s treachery, Charity opened out to her cousin Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) at the conclusion of tonight’s (August 25) episode, asking him why she wasn’t good enough for him.

Could her suffering motivate her behavior in the next months and motivate her to murder?
