The Coronation Street cast dressed up for their annual Summer celebration, leaving Weatherfield’s cobblestones behind.

Star of Leanne Battersby Jane Danson posed with Toyah’s co-star Georgia Taylor, Shona Platt’s co-star Julia Goulding, and Sally Carman from Abi Webster.
She captioned the shot of them grinning at the camera, “Such fun at the Coronation Street summer party with these lovely ladies,”
Former co-stars flocked to the comments section, with Brooke Vincent, who played Sophie Webster, writing, “Love you guys, you all look amazing,” and Catherine Tyldesley, who played Eva Price, posting a series of heart-eye emojis.
Elle Mulvaney and Harriet Bibby, who play Amy Barlow and Summer Spellman’s hard-hitting stories, also attended the event. They took a break from filming to enjoy the glitzy affair.
They have both been a part of challenging situations in recent months.
Amy has been attempting to move forward with her life after she was sexually assaulted by Aaron Sandford (James Craven).
Summer has been adjusting to Paul Foreman’s (Peter Ash) MND diagnosis in the meanwhile.
At the celebration, William Roache and Stephanie Davis, who recently joined the show as Courtney Vance, stood with Ken Barlow icon William Roache, one of Corrie’s longest-running and newest cast members.
She captioned the picture she uploaded to her Instagram account, “He’s so wonderful.”
On July 19, Courtney will make her debut on Coronation Street with her husband Darren, who attended the ceremony with Stephanie and is portrayed by Ryan Early.
Courtney will soon have a relationship with the considerably younger Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain), despite the fact that she is married to Darren.
Martin Hancock, who plays Spider Nugent, was also present.
Georgia Taylor’s 80,000 Instagram followers saw him in a photo with Jane Danson and Georgia Taylor.

Even though Georgia and Martin were beaming at the celebration, their characters Toyah and Spider had some challenging sequences coming up in which Toyah is held captive by one of Spider’s enemies, leading to a gunfight.
