In recent EastEnders scenes, Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) has been pulling out his typically well-groomed manbun at the absence of son Nugget (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury).
After finding out that dad Ravi had slain Ranveer, Nugget left Walford and hasn’t spoken to anybody save Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) since.
Ravi, however, receives good news in subsequent scenes when he runs into detective Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), who informs that Nugget has been seen.
Ravi is relieved and goes to No. 41 to tell his family the good news, not realizing Suki has had a covert call from Nugget during which he requests to meet her.
She agrees to a meeting, but Ravi quickly becomes uneasy about her actions, and soon a heated argument breaks out when he claims she knows where Nugget is.
Suki is able to hide, but she eventually tells her husband Nish (Navin Chowdhry) the truth.
When the two go to meet Nugget in their car, Ravi notices them driving fast and orders Jack to pursue them.
Ravi groans when they first arrive, but he soon has a major shock.
Ravi is stunned when Nugget’s mother Priya (Sophie Khan Levy) walks into the apartment after discovering it as where Nugget has been hiding out.
Ravi pulls Nugget back to Walford out of sheer horror, and Priya soon shows up in search of them.
The police show there at the same time to interview Nugget about his abduction, and Nugget presses Ravi for the truth about Ranveer’s passing while seeking confirmation from Suki.
Reeling, Priya storms out, followed shortly by Ravi and Nugget. Ravi soon has an even greater shock when he meets Avani, the daughter of his and Priya.
The major turn? He was unaware of her existence.
Ravi is forced to come to grips with the notion that he has a daughter he was unaware of as the week goes on. What will he do?
