EastEnders star Aaron Thiara drops big clue to flash forward murder victim in warning

Aaron Thiara, who plays Ravi Gulati on EastEnders, has discussed what lies next for his evil character.

The first time we saw Ravi, he was in jail with Phil (Steve McFadden), which gave us the impression that he was a tough guy to deal with.

The first significant plotline Ravi was engaged in after moving to Walford had him killing Ranveer, whom he mistakenly identified as his father.

Kheerat (Jaz Deol), who assumed responsibility for Suki (Balvinder Sopal), who is still clueless that Ravi committed the murder, was the one who ended up in jail for Ranveer’s killing.

Ravi has made a lot of enemies in his 10 months in Albert Square, which puts him high on our list of people who might die this Christmas. Suffice it to say that he hasn’t had a pleasant 10 months.

Let us give you a quick explanation if you’re reading this and wondering what on earth we’re talking about.

In a flash-forward scene that aired back in February, it was revealed that someone would be found dead at the Queen Vic during the Christmas holiday and that Suki, Denise (Diane Parish), Stacey (Lacey Turner), Kathy (Gillian Taylforth), and Linda (Kellie Bright) would all be there.

Aaron Thiara has provided a few more suggestions about what’s in store for Ravi in addition to the many hints that will be revealed in the episodes that will air between now and Christmas:

He said on yesterday’s (April 19) broadcast of Morning Live that Ravi “has a lot of enemies and there’s a lot more enemies to come.”

Since his arrival, Ravi has created a lot of controversy (Photo: BBC).

We at EastEnders are basically moving from block to block with the new scripts, there’s a tonne of high drama. We’re basically playing a game of Cluedo, and it’s very well done.

‘We’ve seen him [Ravi] pretty manipulative, charming, but we’ve also seen cracks in him lately, we’ve seen that he’s a little bit of a lost child, and we might’ve seen him turn a corner with Chelsea,’ the author said.

“We’ll see that over the next couple of weeks. Perhaps he’ll continue to turn that corner, or maybe he’ll revert to his former cunning ways.”
