Is this the end for Coronation Street’s Spider Nugent? Martin Hancock on whether he’s leaving Weatherfield for good

Since his return to Coronation Street, Spider Nugent (Martin Hancock) has gotten into a lot of problems.

The character has intermittently appeared on the programme for the previous few decades, but Spider’s most recent return revealed that he was actually an undercover police officer.

Spider’s life has been a little peaceful after successfully aiding in the destruction of Griff (Michael Condron) and his gang, but everything changed once Toyah (Georgia Taylor) was abducted.

All of this has set off a series of occasions that may cause Spider to leave Weatherfield once more.

Is he getting ready to say goodbye to the cobbles? What you need to know is as follows:

Is Spider Nugent permanently leaving Coronation Street?

We regret to inform you that Spider Nugent is departing Weatherfield, so if you were expecting for a Spider and Toyah reunion, we have some terrible news for you.

In Monday’s episode of the ITV soap opera Spider discovered the hostage-taker keeping Toyah when she arrived to a trash area.

The woman with the pistol was Maggie, the spouse of a deceased man who had taken Toyah to give Spider the feelings he had.

Accepting his job, Spider assured Maggie that he had no regrets and will always act in the best interests of the world, which included seeing to it that her drug-dealing husband was eliminated.

When Maggie’s pistol went off, the experience came to an end. Spider, who was wearing a bulletproof vest, summoned DS Swain (Vicky Myers) and the rest of the squad while also reassuring Toyah, who had assumed he had been murdered.

Later on, Toyah broke things up with him, telling him that they shouldn’t be together if he couldn’t put their love before his business. As a result, Spider left the cobblestones.

I’m not sure if Spider values his relationship more than his career. By Hancock.

“I believe that his desire to be with Toyah and to return to Weatherfield may have overridden his good judgement.” I do not believe that he placed his profession before Toyah; rather, I believe that Toyah came first, and his career has brought him back.

‘It’s simply awful luck and circumstance, isn’t it,’ he said. Previous events in Spider’s life and earlier events in Toyah’s life worked together to bring them to their inevitable demise. That is sad.

They are both really dedicated individuals, but right now it’s just not feasible.

Will Spider return to Coronation Street?

There are currently no plans for Hancock to return Spider to the streets, but that doesn’t mean he wouldn’t give it some thought.

He claimed, “I said it the first time, the second time, and the third time.” “This is the fourth attempt.” Yes, I adore the programme.

He hasn’t even ruled out the prospect of a future reconciliation between Spider and Toyah.

I believe it would be pleasant. Maybe he’ll start an upcycling business where he refurbishes and recycles items. Something similar to it.

On Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. on ITV, Coronation Street will resume.
