As part of EastEnders, a new family will move into the venerable Queen Vic bar on Albert Square.

We’ve all been curious about what will happen to the institution and who will join the galaxy of illustrious landladies and men who have frequented the pub ever since Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) disappeared at sea during the holidays.

In actuality, a brand-new family is about to take over, and their arrival is just around the corner.

They go by the name of the Knights, and when they arrive tonight (June 1), there will undoubtedly be havoc as soon as they set foot on the Square.

We now know who Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) has linked up with for the Vic takeover, along with her mother Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) and their two kids.

Molly Rainford is one of the new stars that will make an appearance in the soap opera, but who is she and what role will she play?

What you should know is as follows.

Molly Rainford: who is she?
When she was just 11 years old and a finalist on the sixth season of Britain’s Got Talent, Molly, now 22 years old, first gained notoriety.

After participating in the talent competition, she went on to host Friday Download from 2014 to 2015.

She played the title role in the comedy-drama series Nova Jones on CBBC in 2021.

She competed in the most recent season of Strictly last year, and despite finishing four times in the bottom two, she and her partner Carlos Gu made it to the final.

Molly has also released two EPs, Commitment in 2019 and Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) the following year, as well as a non-album single called Sign Your Name, in addition to her life on television.

Dave Rainford, a former football player who currently works for the Premier League, is the father of Molly.
