Denise Black, a star of Emmerdale and Coronation Street, has talked openly about her recent hospitalization, during which she received treatment after breaking her arm and leg.

Initially appearing in 2007 and 2017, the actress portrayed Denise Osbourne from 1992 to 1997. She is one of several of Ken’s (William Roache) former girlfriends and the mother of Daniel (Rob Mallard).

On social media, Denise disclosed her recent accident. She posted pictures of the breaks she suffered while writing about how appreciative she was to receive assistance from NHS doctors and nurses.

She added, “Now I’m mending, I can tell you,” to the note. My crooked arm was broken. I dropped what I was holding as I fell, breaking my foot in the process. Know the bricklayers’ joke from Hoffnung? Search for it on Google. That joke is me.

Huge shout-out to all physicians and nurses, but especially to those who work for the NHS, which we all adore. You present them as GOOD beings. I have good news: I’m still filming. I’m mending, which is even better news.

I may be more eccentric than before, but aren’t all the best individuals eccentric? Embrace your wonkiness on the inside and out and thank the NHS.

In Emmerdale from 2013 until 2017, Denise played Joanie Dingle, who is well-known.

Joanie often clashed with Lisa (Picture: ITV)

Amy (Natalie Ann Jamieson), Kyle (Huey Quinn), and Cain’s (Jeff Hordley) children all had Joanie as their adoptive grandmother.

She passed away in 2017 from a cardiac attack and was the wife of Zak (Steve Halliwell).
