It seems that the person who informs the police about Toyah Battersby’s sad infant daughter Rose has been revealed by Coronation Street spoilers.

It was recently revealed to viewers that Toyah became pregnant and gave birth after her 19-year-old sexual assault. She was unaware of her pregnancy until she went into labour by herself, and tragically, her little daughter passed away.

Toyah buried her baby Rose in a park to hide the fact that she had been stillborn. Toyah recently confessed everything to her sister Leanne Battersby and Nick Tilsley, and was seen placing a yellow rose at the burial site.

However, the infant Rose’s corpse is discovered at the end of this week, and the police are aware of the reality. The police had been notified by someone who accused Toyah of hiding her infant daughter’s death and burial from them decades ago.

Recent spoilers seem to validate that individual’s identity and the manner in which they learned about the tragic tale. Something Toyah gets worries her because it makes her believe she knows who is responsible for her incarceration.

Toyah is shocked to receive a delivery of yellow flowers at the bistro—exactly the same colour as the ones she leaves for Rose. She informs Nick that Rowan had to have denounced her to the police after elucidating the meaning of the flower.

Toyah is aware that Rowan could only have learned the truth about what transpired if Leanne had informed him. In the midst of the soap opera’s continuing cult plot, Toyah and Rowan are now at odds with one another, with Toyah anxious to expose Rowan and his “institute” as a hoax.

Rowan has managed to captivate Leanne by promising to cure her from her previous suffering. Leanne’s disagreement with her sister Toyah and boyfriend Nick stems from their disdain of Rowan and his institution.

Toyah is going to confront Leanne about the flowers and show her the accompanying card. Does Leanne’s forced admission that she informed Rowan show that he was the reason behind her arrest?

Nick informs Leanne that if they don’t break things up with Rowan and the institution, their marriage could not last. But might that be the last for the relationship, with Rowan having such a hold over Leanne?
