In Coronation Street, Steve McDonald (Simon Gregson) and Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) discuss selling the flower shop flat where Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank), Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) and Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) currently reside in order to raise money for Amy Barlow’s (Elle Mulvaney) legal defence.

Billy, Paul, and Summer will have a difficult time getting through this, and finding a new place is the last thing on their minds right now as Billy and Summer are preoccupied with helping Paul after his MND diagnosis.

After Aaron’s father, Eric, informed Amy that he intends to file a libel lawsuit, Amy found herself in this challenging new legal environment.

This is due to Amy’s social media posts regarding the incident in which Aaron (James Craven) sexually assaulted her.

Although Eric and Aaron contend that this is untrue, they are resorting to legal action since Amy won’t remove the post.

Coming up, Amy considers if she should pay for the case with her inheritance from Deirdre rather while Steve and Tracy try to come up with a solution.

Amy feels horrible that her buddy, Billy, and Paul will soon be without a place to live during the week as Steve talks about selling the flower shop flat.

While Amy meets with Adam (Sam Robertson), who is preoccupied discussing the specifics of the libel lawsuit, Summer rips a piece off Aaron and warns him that by refusing to acknowledge the truth, Amy and her family are putting everything at danger.

Will Amy carry through the plan despite her erratic emotions, knowing what is in store for her and how it will affect everyone?
