The pair married in 2020 and enjoyed a star-studded wedding
The well-known Dan Spencer, played by Emmerdale star Liam Fox, is about to depart the ITV program after 12 years because Dan is about to begin serving a lengthy jail term for the one-punch murder of his daughter’s stalker.
In addition to Ross Barton’s doctor role in two episodes of Emmerdale in 2018, Liam Hudson’s wife Joanna Hudson also appeared in the show.
They first connected in school 27 years ago, and Dan proposed only 10 months before their 2020 wedding.
Their wedding was, in Liam’s words to OK! Magazine, “everything he’d ever hoped for and more.” He was staring at me sobbing, so Joanna said, “I was trying so hard to hold back the tears too.”
Five years had passed since Joanna had to fight a terrible, potentially fatal autoimmune condition in 2015. “After almost passing away, I didn’t care about the cost,” she said. A large wedding, in my opinion, is the finest since it brings so many people together.
A large number of their friends and co-stars attended the couple’s wedding, including TV host Denise Van Outen and her daughter Betsy as well as Fiona Wade, Chris Bisson, Chris Chittell, and Lisa Riley.
Liam recently offered followers a peek inside his romance when he posted a video montage of the happy pair on vacation on Instagram. The couple can be seen in the video enjoying their vacation in Italy while visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa, taking in the breathtaking views, and savoring some local cuisine and wine.
