After her co-star in Location, Location, Location Phil Spencer’s parents perished in a horrific auto accident on Friday, TV host Kirstie Allsop has issued a statement.

Richard, 89, and Anne, 82, the parents of the Location, Location, Location host, were killed on Friday noon when their automobile slammed into a river close to their house. When their car drove off the access road into a tributary river at Littlebourne, close to Canterbury, Kent, they were their route to a pub for lunch.
Richard and Anne were extricated from the automobile and sent to the hospital as emergency personnel, including an air ambulance, arrived on the site. Regrettably, Anne passed away after Richard’s death was declared. Minor injuries were sustained by a woman in her 60s who was also in the vehicle. Kirstie, Phil’s co-star, has made a statement in response to the shocking information.
She described how the presenter found solace in the fact that his parents passed away together. It’s heartbreaking for the Spencer family, but the fact that his parents were together is a wonderful source of comfort to them all, Kirstie said in a statement to The Sun. The family is really tight and loving.
Although the entire family must be devastated, they were all together in the end and were great people. They both practiced Christianity. At this tough moment, Phil and his siblings are offering one another support. David, Phil, Caryn, and Helen were the four children Richard and Anne had together. Kirstie related how, on a Friday afternoon, Phil’s parents were en route to a bar.
The host of the property show Phil has previously talked about growing up as the son of a farmer and having a “idyllic” upbringing. On Friday, a neighbor reported seeing the emergency services and informing them that it was a serious occurrence. The lady informed the newspaper that the unfortunate incident occurred next to a little stone bridge that some residents thought was perilous. The couple’s close acquaintance called them a “lovely family” and said the news came as “an absolute shock.”
According to Kent Police, they received a call of a single-vehicle collision in Littlebourne at 12:36 p.m. A spokeswoman said: “Officers and other emergency services responded, and an elderly couple was brought to a nearby hospital where they were subsequently declared dead. A third passenger, a lady in her 60s, who was in the car, suffered just minor wounds. After notifying the next of kin, a report will now be made for the coroner. The car was pulled out of the river after two hours by three fire engines and a water rescue team. Who was behind the wheel at the time of the collision is still unknown.
Phil and Kirstie, two real estate experts who have appeared on our televisions for 20 years, initially met in 2000 during a screen test for their hit Channel 4 real estate program Location, Location, Location. The two hit it off right away.
